Atlantic Salmon are raised in open-sea fjords under strict welfare and sustainability standards. Low-density farming ensures healthy growth, firm texture, and clean flavor.
From harvest to processing, salmon is maintained within a strict cold chain. Core temperature, freshness, and fat content are monitored to preserve its signature buttery texture.
Fillets are processed in HACCP-certified facilities. Each side is trimmed, pin-boned, and graded for color and fat distribution, ensuring consistent premium quality.
Before delivery, salmon is prepared to your specifications: Whole, Fillet, Portions, or Saku Blocks, enabling seamless integration into sushi bars, restaurants, and retail displays.
